Hi! I’m Steph, a nurse practitioner, writer, and firm believer that wellness shouldn’t feel complicated. Around here, we like our health advice the same way we like our tea — honest, balanced, and made to share.
Why This Space Exists
After years in healthcare, I realized something: people don’t need more noise or quick fixes. They need clarity, compassion, and a touch of real life.
Science tells us what works — but stories remind us why it matters. Somewhere between the research and the rhythm of daily life lies a sweet spot where real wellness lives. That’s the space Sweet Tea & Science was built for.
“Science tells us what works — stories remind us why it matters.”
What You’ll Find Here
· Evidence-based wellness that actually fits into your day.
· Conversations about mental health, energy, and balance.
· Fitness, food, and Southern lifestyle — grounded in both science and grace.
Each post will blend practical health insight with everyday living — approachable, encouraging, and just a little bit Southern.
The Goal
My goal is simple: to help you make sense of wellness without losing your joy in the process.
Because good health shouldn’t feel like another job — it should help you live more fully, love more deeply, and show up for the moments that matter.
So pour a glass, pull up a chair, and stay awhile. Together, we’ll bridge the gap between data and daily life — one sip, one step, one honest conversation at a time.
